EFA Youth Summer Clinic

This registration session will allow you to register and submit your payment for your athlete to participate in our upcoming YOUTH SUMMER SKLLS CLINIC, at Union Point Sports Complex in Weymouth, MA.   To complete your registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will receive a confirmation email and you will see a charge on your account from ELITE FOOTBALL ACAD.  

If you are registering more than one player, on the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.

During the registration process, there is an offer to purchase registration insurance.  This is not through Elite Football Academy, this is provided from an outside company.   Please read the instructions carefully if this is something that you decide to choose as it has nothing to do with our program.  Unfortunately, we do not have the capability on our end to remove it from the registration process.  All questions regarding that insurance should be directed to the company providing it.  

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Athletes must arrive by 8am on the first day to complete the registration process and administrative matters.

EFA T-SHIRTS

ALL ATHLETES REGISTERED BY JUNE 30th  WILL RECEIVE AN EFA T-SHIRT, FREE OF CHARGE.

ANYONE THAT REGISTERS AFTER JUNE 30th IS NOT GUARANTEED A T-SHIRT.  THEY WILL BE PROVIDED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.

HELMETS are required to attend this clinic.  ALL FOOTBALL PLAYERS (tackle & flag) ARE WELCOME (helmets will be provided for flag football players if needed).

Please Note Some Changes to our Program & Registration Process:

1. To guarantee your athlete's spot in the program, you must register online .
2. All athletes that register online will be required to pay online. 
3. In regards to financing fees, EFA has changed their policy and is now paying these fees on behalf of their customers.  Therefore, there is no longer an additional cost to pay online. 
4. Even if you have participated in a previous EFA program, all athletes are required to register for each new program.   
5. All information regarding the youth summer program will be sent to the email address that you use to log into your NGIN account at the time of registration.  If you no longer use this email address please contact Gary at GWalsh@TeamEFA.com to find out how to change your login email address. 

If your child received a $50 VIP card at last year's summer camp, or if you have won an EFA scholarship at a benefit event in the last year and would like to use it, please email a copy of the $50 VIP card, or scholarship to Gary at GWalsh@TeamEFA.com and he will provide you with a discount code to use during the registration process.
